Qualification and Experience and Other Criteria
An experienced GM (Plant) for the maintenance and management of the country’s first 100 MW Solar Power Plant located at Lal Suhanra, Bahawalpur. The position performs a wide range of supervisory and administrative activities and will direct the plant personnel in the day-to-day performance of various operations and maintenance tasks in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives imposed by the Chief Executive Officer.
He/She will have excellent motivational skills and a thorough understanding of the renewable energy and power generation sector of Pakistan.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a HEC recognized university. Master’s degree will be preferred.
Experience: Atleast 10 years of post-qualification experience in the power sector and atleast 3 years in a senior management position in a public/ private sector company. Renewable energy experience will be preferred. The candidate should be registered with PEC. He/She should be familiar with all applicable software.
Location: Site Office- Bahawalpur
Max Age Limit: Not more than 45 years
